Yewande Ojagbule is a Senior Partner at Pearl Legal Practitioners.
She obtained her bachelor of laws degree from the University of Lagos in 2008 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009.
Yewande went into commercial legal practice working on complex commercial and property transactions while working with the prestigious Akindelano Legal Practitioners, Lagos. There she developed her keen interest in Corporate, Commercial and Property Law.
In 2014, she obtained a Post Graduate diploma in International Business Law and a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London. She proceeded to work in the Litigation department of Wealth and Personal banking in HSBC Bank UK.
She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has 13 years experience in providing alternative dispute resolutions for client who opt to settle disputes out of the law courts. She has represented and agreed settlements on several disputes at arbitration tribunals. She has knowledge of arbitration agreements, arbitration tribunals, regulation and infrastructure of arbitration, investment, and specialist arbitration.
